Gutekunst KG is a dynamic and efficient company based in Pfalzgrafenweiler,
Baden- Württemberg, and employing a qualified staff of 80 people.

		Our clients operating in the most varied fields appreciate our experience and efficiency. We supply, for instance, car parts manufacturers as well as many clients operating in the electrical, medical engineering, fine engineering,and machine engineering sectors, etc. In order to offer a complete range of punched and bent products we can count on our in-house tool manufacturing department.
		Our in-house development service uses cutting-edge CAD technology to support our production activities. This way we can create "tailor-made" strip springs for our clients.
		Our Bihler all-purpose punching and bending machines are capable of manufacturing 5000 pieces or more in a fast and rational way. Here too you can always count on top quality "made in Germany".
		With our modern TRUMPF laser cutting system we can manufacture high-precision laser-cut blanks in any variant with strip thickness values of 0.2 to 3.0 mm.
		The core product of our manufacturing activities are springs made of strip stock. We also manufacture bent wire parts using all spring materials currently used with wire thickness values of 0.2 to 4.0 mm.
		We can manufacture springs made of the following strip materials always on stock with fast turnaround time: C 60 G, C 75 H, C 85 H, MK 101, 1.4301, 1.4310, CuSn6, CuZn37, CuBe2 - with strip thickness values of 0.1 to 3.0 mm and strip widths of 2 to 120 mm. As for the finishing we offer: vibratory grinding, hardening, bronzing, galvanizing, chroming, tin-coating, lacquering and coating.
